Buying ToAU in Beijing

Anyone live in Beijing that can direct me to a _legit_ place that I can buy the expansion? I'm arriving on Monday... a day before the expansion is released! :( I hope that I won't have to wait (four months) until I return to the US to get it.
 
I doubt you will be able to get an English copy of it in Beijing, and assuming you have an english copy of the game, you'll need an english copy of the expansion.
 
Hmm I might have to buy it from an online retailer and have it shipped internationally.

its not english its NA and EU just a pointer
 
Enz, sorry to say my friend, but I do not think you will be able to find an english version over there for retail over the counter. Online multi-national shipping would be your best bet in this instance.



On another note, you should email me again =P Never replied to the last one I sent you!

if you are planning to get ToAU as soon as possible, best get it online.
you can try to ask whether they have/know any shops that sells international games but if they have, it will be most likely to have it 2-3 weeks after release.
price won't defer a lot maybe you saved a little from shipment but you have to wait a while till that shop (if there is) to have it in stock
 
if you pre order ToAU online -right now- you'll get it shipped on release.
 
You know? We have Chinatown and Little Tokyo, they have America Town.
 
paypal someone 30 bucks for the registration and find an ISO of whatever version you need of it.
 
Perhaps one of us CK peeps could buy it for you and ship it to wherever you are. Or even that pretty GF of yours if shes not going with you. I wonder how much it would cost to mail a package in a decent amount of time from US to Beijing.
 
Probably best idea is to have my dad buy it, take out the cd and code and then ship those alone. Probably shouldn't cost more than a few bucks to ship that small amount. That's assuming I have a permanent address. Oh well, if not, I'll buy it back in the states when they discount it to 19.95!

assuming you have broadband, the other thing you could do is just have someone make an image of the game, download that, burn it, and then get the registration code from your dad over email or something.
