Agreed. You just have to look at gameplay trailers to agree. You dont even need to play it to see how f'ing awesome this game is going to be.
 
Yep, maybe this will take the place of Half Life 2 fore me, which was my favorite FPS.
 
I've played the demo 3 times now, it's short but very, very satisfying. There's less random chatter going on between the soldiers(they still report important info about the enemies though), but the action is intense. I love the supply of weapons they give you throughout the game, so far I've seen 10 different weapons, not counting the grenades.

I'm definitely getting this when it comes out.
 
Was amazing. Graphics were hot, played smooth and the gameplay was ridiculous. Now ill just have to decide whether ill be buying it on pc or 360 D:

This is a tough choice. But if your PC can run this game on at least High Settings and run a high reso without lag, go PC since controls are much easier. If not...go xbox (especially if you have HD), it will run smoother and look almost as good (if you have HD of course with a 40 inch LCD...which I have (sorry to brag lol)) .... lol
 
Well i have surround sound and a 54 inch TV so Xbox would be bad ass. And for some reason I tend to be better at shooters on consoles, mainly from the years i spent playing socom. But its 10 bucks cheaper on PC, and my pc can run it fine so thats a good option too. They both have pros and cons, either way it'll be a kick ass game.
 
$10 isnt much, especially since im assuming that 54inch HD right? Go xbox then lol.
 
I thought I read somewhere that CoD 4 on the 360 wont drop below 60 fps. If this is true I might as well just get it for the xbox 360 since thats where I play most of my online games.

No, 10 bucks isn't, but idk. I just feel more imersed when i play on PC if you will lol. And a 54 HD still wont look as nice as my 21 inch lcd screen 5 inches from my face. And headphones are basically surround sound lol and i have some baller head phones. Either way will work so idk, ill see how many people i play pc games with are gonna get it and how many of my live friends are gonna get it.

I just played through the demo again, fucking win.
 
I haven't played it yet....i really would like to try. Im afraid my PC wouldn't play it in all it's glory so Im just gonna get it on the xbox.
 
well, i have ps3 and a pc that can run it. i have a 50 inch tv that i could use for it as well. however, i would rather get it for pc because you can have more players per team that consoles can. not to mention the ability to add mods and such to pc. on a plus side for me, i can use my computer on my 50 inch tv, so i have the best ability to play it.
 
On the other hand, PC has the disadvantage of bein' a haven for multiplayer cheaters. Punkbuster and all of his brothers are like security guards with Down Syndrome.

Tell me the AC-130 level for the SAS wasn't the bitchinest wargame sim you've ever done. I like that the answer isn't always to kill everyone, sneaking through that field after getting shot down was awesome. Granted, I then used the AC-130 to level most of the landscape after, but that wasn't personal or anything.:spiteful:

Edit: Still playing the SP campaign, and I am AMAZED. Not getting into details, but this is one of the most engaging, well-paced shooting game I have ever played. The story is really standard, but I feel completely taken in by it. Time flies, missions are never dull. I found myself saying "I can't wait for expansions and mods." This is the game GRAW should have been. Now if only they had the same hiding, using cover controls as R6: Vegas, I'd die happy, knowing the only thing that could get better is the graphics.

Beat it on Normal. Going to try on Hard. My fav. mission was the one with Macmillin(sniper) and ofcourse that one where you're in the plane throwing bombs.
