So I was just skilling up polearm in campaign on a fortification, so I had no tags on, and I got aggro from one of the campaign mobs. I was sort of afk at the time, so I didn't get a chance to run. I'm guessing this a change they didn't mention in the patch?

I thought you were always able to get aggro/die if you didnt have tags on.

You were doing something aggressive to their fortifications so they attacked. You can still fight them if you don't have tags, you just don't get exp or AN for it.

Peace,
Shmed

In the past you could attack fortifications without tags and they would not aggro you. I skilled up hand-to-hand on nin that way in Passhow in the middle of a huge crowd of quadav.

It's always been like that. They won't aggro you as long as you don't attack them. At least that's how its always been for me.

I knew, previously, that if you attacked campaign mobs without tags that they would aggro you, I had just assumed that attacking the fortification would also bring you under the watchful eye of the beastman hordes.

IF, indeed, you WERE able to attack a fortification without receiving aggro from the mobs, it must have been a glitch that SE was unaware of until just prior to this most recent update.
