So in campaign battle I find that my Automaton doesn't get many skill-ups, do any of you know a reason for this? It's rather irritating having to form pties all the time and getting that quick exp push rocks but I try and avoid it because i don't want the skills to get gimped.

I know Besieged gives skill ups so i'm wondering why Campaign doesn't. Anyone have an idea?

Because SE set it that way. Unless there's some special rule for puppet skillups, Campaign doesn't give any skill at all.
I could drag you to kuftal with my rdm if you want skillups lol.

Skill ups can be obtained when a Campaign is going on, you just don't acquire an Allied tag. Becareful because without the tag you will lose exp.

It's hardly ever smart to do that, especially if you're not 75.

Taking on Imps isn't a problem no matter where you go, most jobs can solo those and Pup can take them with ease post 65. It is dangerous but very doable and if you want the exp back just grab the tag lol.
