Can anyone explain to me what this is?

This picture was taken about a month ago before WoTG came out.

As you can see in the picture it is a ??? that appears in a basement of some sort underneath metalworks. To target it is kind of tricky.

I went to the zone near bastok markets in metalworks and stood just before changing areas then I would tab key around and target this random ???.

Anyone know what the deal is? Here is the picture:

You appear to have found a wall of some sort. Keep up the good work soldier!

I'm kidding of course, but I would say we'll find out more as more of the expansion is unlocked for us.

some sort of PH for a future event or quest/mission/etc.?

or just a server screw up i've seen npcs in low jueno from the npc shop for magic end up in the middle of muckvix's shop

Theres a shrine underneath the metalworks. The ??? is the point where you meet Luto and her taru accomplice for Bait and Switch.

Yup, it's actually a cool little set of quests and puzzles for those who complete long list of NPC requirements to unlock them.

Isn't that for that key belt quest? The belt with steal and skeleton keys?
