can someone draw me a picture?

[Koutetsu]

i would like this description drawn for me.

His face often hidden under his thick shoulder length hair. It shines two colors in the sunlight, the left side a silvery white representing cold. The right side a deep red, representing heat.
His face almost too cute to be a boy, often smiling with curiousity. His body is skinny, but does not lack tone.
He wears a black tank top under a neon red half shirt with long sleeves. A black belt holds up a pair of loose-fitting bright red shorts that droop passed his knees.
He wears traditional ninja sandals(i forgot the official name....doh!)

thanks!
