Why the fuck is the Sha'ir Manteel 60mil? This has been bugging me for quite a while. Never have I heard of any item this expensive before in my time playing.

I don't think it's worth 60mil, maybe it's HQ, yes, but not this NQ. Maybe 10-20 is resonable.

Another question is, who decides these prices? Seriously...

Cashmere thread is obtained 2 ways.

Vrtra
NQ Desynthing Femina/Vir Subligar, which are bought at 8mil from merchants in Tavnazia. Since it's NQ, chances are you're not going to get it, since blow ups and HQs are most common for Desynthesis. You get Shining Cloth on any HQ desynth.
 
main ingredients drop from vtra or an 8mil desynth.
 
i was wondering myself why i never saw the majority of the BRDs wear this... now i know why. fuck, 60mil?

Well, then raise the 8 mil to desynth Subligar or organize a Vrtra fight.

I think it's worth 60, because thats 8 mil out of the crafters pocket if they blow up one of the desynths.
 
rarest piece of armor on the server, you honestly think its gonna be cheap
