This video and fad, yes it's an internet fad, is a lot older than anyone seems to realize. The only reason it has gotten recent hype is because Gary released another, not as funny, video.

Seriously, though, I actually own the single the 'I kiss you' guy recorded years ago. I found it for like a dollar. It's terrible, but always good for two laughs: the initial recognition of 'wtf' and the laugh I have later at whoever's listening to it after I continue to play it after it stopped being funny. It's just about time to start resurrecting old internet memes for ironic nostalgia.
