Called em, they got it. F_ckers didn't call me, again. I've pre-ordered 6 or 7 games there now, and every god damn time they neglect to call me and let me know that it's in.
 
Mine aught arrive in the morning.

Pity I am at work from 7am to 10pm lol.
 
I just got my expansion today :D I went in before work around 12pm they didn't have the ps2 and pc ones yet just the XBox ones XD but said they would get them in 3-4pm and I had my break at 3pm or so, and went after I finished eating, around 3:45pm and they just came in and were still on the counter in EB games, so I got mine then.

I just got home now, popped in the CD, went to watch the intro first but it was the same intro as the original one, but I watched it again for fun, and then it went straight to installing. So now it's installing, looks like it won't take long, it said 28 mins to install, it's at about 22 mins now.

Ahh... that sucks.. Sorry to hear about that :/ It sucks the stores weren't selling the actual FFXI game for PC, but hopefully they'll release the PC version of the game along with the expansion.

Anyways, since this thread is discussing about Canadian's getting the expansion, how many Canadian players play this game here? I live in Ontario, Canada myself, not too far from Toronto.

Where I am, the PC and XBOX version arrived on time, just the PS2 version was delayed. Idc though, I got mine today, I'm happy. ^.^

P.S. Telus DSL works much better, thanks Deci :P

Also: Sabia, your CDR/W? It is on DVD, does that make a difference? I hesitate to point that out, figure you prolly know that already...
 
I picked it up like just now at my local Future Shop in the montreal area. They had plenty, managed to drop by the store right before closing.
 
Wow, me and Ishmaell aren't the only Calgarians!? That's awsome. I am currently in New Mexico and won't be back to Calgary until Tuesday, but I will buy it somewhere here before then.

I'm surprised theres so many Albertans here.

Sabs, I luv ya. The games on DVD. Your CD drive is fine, it just can't read DVDs :p
