Cannot Pay Fee's?

For the past 2 (or three) months, Ive used a paypal Debit card to pay for FFXI. All of a sudden, I cannot use the card to pay the POL fee's. Does anyone else have this problem? Or are the registration servers still under maintenance..?

This happens every month to different people. Their system is glitched and they don't care.

I don't know how to fix it but apparently it's easy

Nah I see what happened... I only add the bare minimum to my account each month, so I had $14.87 on my account and tried to pay... Apparently the system ate $1 as a processing fee and left me with $13.87, just 8 cents shy... Nice, lol.

I also noticed that Paypal takes 33% of the money added to the account via requests
