Can't access site in the morning...

I usually get to work around 06:45am - 07:00am EST and for some reason every morning, I can't get on the site until at least around 09:30am - 10am. Is there some kind of maintenance going on during this period? My internet connection is fine because I can access all the other sites I normally visit.

i had the same problem and it spontaneously stopped yesterday.

Couldn't access the site yesterday but today I had no problems when I came into work at 7 am.
