Can't fight the NM for the NPC

Ok, so i go up to the ???, click on it. It says i find a brown cap and goes to cut scene. Then once my NPC and the little girl start to talk i get a POL has encountered a problem and i lose full screen. I do have a virus atm, it's called Win32.Parite. anyone have any ideas of what is happening.

I've tried Rebooting my comp so far and that's about it seeing as how i have to go to work now. But, off i go.

I have no idea, but mine does the exact same thing. I reported it to Tech but they said they could not reply personally, that they would be looking into it, and that I should look for information in a post or update from them. Something got screwed up in the download of the patch i think, and may be in need of reinstall ; ;. Mine started doing this with the Bheem cs about the color of the hair. My g/f logged onto my account w/ her ps2 and got the cs fine, so it must be a corrupt file or something. Then i tried the skele NM and got same result as you. I don't wanna reinstall, but not sure of another way.

well, what i think wil work is go to pol and go to check files and then which ever files are corrupt get you gf to send you the files. If that dont work then reinstall...
