Can't Log In

I'm trying to log into playonline but I can't...it keeps on saying incorrect member password.

No one has my username/password either.

Any ideas of what I can do?

Caps lock?
If not some one has got your login and when people say "No one has my username/password " they usally are BS

Yes caps lock is on >.< disregard this post.

My keyboard is screwed up so I can't tell if caps lock is on or not. ;-;

You can tell if caps is on if you open Word it says on the bottom row

I'm not on compy, I'm on the 360, but for some reason when I play on my PS2 the keyboard works and on the 360 it doesn't.
