Horn is definantly sex. Aegis is close, not quite, but if SE does something awesome with Shielding and Paladin together like they plan to, it might quite possibly be better than Horn.

If there are Dynamis Shells on Quetzalcoatl that fund members relics(lolololololololololololololol), a Horn first is the way to go.

Aegis is 75% block rate 90% damage reduction.

Even with a Koenig Shield I block VTs more than 50% of the time (I've blocked 4 in a row) for 50% damage reduction.

They just need to make it so HNMs are easier to block D;
