Casino Spam in towns

Ok, the Casion Spam in towns is starting to get a bit out of hand. At 1st it was just one or two casinos, now I cannot enter a city without seeing the same spam. I figure it is just a matter of time before they make their way to Selbina and the safehold (Rabao and Norg already have gambling, so I doubt there would move there, too much NPC competition).

I mean, are the Casinos really making the player that much money that everyone now wants to do it?? Can someone please explain to me what all the Casino hype is about??

I saw someone shouting in Selbina the other day, advertising his "boat casino". After 4 of us made fun of him, he crawled back under whatever slime-encrusted rock he'd originally crawled out of, and stopped shouting- at least while I was there (was camping Pirates for my Sand Charm which I STILL haven't gotten. GRR!).

So nowhere is safe, really- even the NPC gambling in Rabao and Norg can only be done once a game day, so there's still that niche there. Luckily both those places are empty enough that I doubt there's much market for it- because every casino needs mathematically challenged patrons to work.

Ok if everyone is so interested in knowing what kind of profits are made from casino then I will share, Me and my partner Derrick where the very first casino to start 8 months ago on the server according to gms. we did this for 4 months or so then we gave it a break we made about 20k in that period of time, Other profited money was given out to are linkshell of gamblers. We stopped casino so I could leave to a new server with real life friend, I came Back in September and started up again once i had farmed enough money, as soon as i started up again there were many people copying me, which now has lead to everywhere in the citys and other places, I started With 20k of money, The highest amount of money i have had was 64k when people were using my casino currently i have 13k which means i have lost a decent amount of money so people who are doing casinos arent doing great unless they have sucky odds, are odds where 999-900 Triple, 899-699 Double, I hope this will help you in knowing that I dont make nothing, i do it for people to have fun, and for money to given away in my linkshell.

ummm no you idiot its called getting 50 gm calls on you because everyone on the server has never seen a casino and they were telling gms were gonna scam everyone. Then I had to talk to gms and they told us they were telling everyone that they do not have anything to do with it and nothing could be done, then told us that we were getting so many complaints cause we were the first to try this.

See, the thing is...if its not profitable... why do you keep doing it? Don't tell me its so you can "HELP" the players. Because if that was true, you might as well just give away your money.

20k even over one month is lame. Of course this may depend on the NUMBER OF HOURS a casino is run rather than the days it's run on.

But if I'm farming on a consistent basis and I was only able to earn 20k in a month......I think as Sabia puts it have to eat my eyes because I think I'd hate to watch the screen.

Casino's are a scam by nature... house always wins in the end cuz the odds are higher that they will win, so if your dumb enough to play even a honest casino in game you should expect to be scammed... its not a f***ing surprise when you lose money!

I dont know how many times i have said this but the reason i do it is for people to do other things on the game i could care less what profit is made torwards me. I mine and sometimes farm for money, all that gets won off me, You people play different then me you want to lvl and be perfect just like all the other people in the game, I understand your reasoning you want to achieve the goal of the game, Me on the other hand could care less I like to do something different, I dont want to lvl I just want to talk have fun and let other people know I want to have fun, this wasnt meant for it to be the biggest scam cause all you people think it is yet I dont see you running a casino! So before you decide type something so stupid about scamming then maybe you need to do a casino and view how much profit you make, im sure youll be glad to go away knowing you took a profit of -5k one day or maybe you go up 2k the next time, but you live and learn its just everyday people who have no life that are just going to ruin other peoples fun and before you say (other people?) yes there are plenty of people who love the casino and win alot of money, so quit being stuck up little whinners and move on with your life and quit assuming stuff you dont know of yet!
