However, in your thread was a video which showed a girl falling to her death (also in the bottom right-hand corner of the video was a URL of a website that has many filmed deaths of poor innocent people, and thus you were indirectly promoting that site to ppl watching the video), I stated that I felt the video was not appropriate on this web-forum, especially since the TOS of this boards says you can be as young as 13, yet those videos cannot be viewed by anyone under 18. You want to bring up laws, there's one for you.

You told that story of a poor girl that could be embarassed by your story telling to the world here for your own ego boost. YEs chem we all know your a hero, pat yourself on the back today for making a fool of someone who made a real life decision and probably paid for it with jail time and now from you, embarasment.

Not saying I condone bungee jumping at all, but someone who lost their life doing it should not have their filmed death paraded across the internet along with insults. That's FAR FAR closer to being classified as "defaming" as my post ever was.

Again, you're comparing two unsimiliar things. You posted a death and also insulted the innocent person who died, I posted a vaguely typed-out description of a crime, with absolutely NO insults. My avatar, as I've already told you, is a clip from the "E! Channel" the girl received nothing more than a red-mark on the face. The girl in your video lost her life, and you insulted her.

Do you not think it is embarassing for the family of the girl in your video to see their daughter/neice/grandaughter's death paraded across the net?

First of all, you do NOT have class. Anyone that posts a filmed death of an innocent person and proceeds to insult them, has NO CLASS. Secondly, I don't know what you are referring to about someone realizing their mistakes, because that certainly is not you. You did not realize any mistake as-far as the inappropriateness of that video is concerned, and you are continueing to run into that wall.

That is correct. I'll say it again, my avatar is from a segment on the "E! Channel" the girl was completely unharmed save for a red-mark on the face. However, your video cannot be viewed by people under the age of 18, yet this forum allows people as young as 13. Thus, your video is innapropriate, and my avatar is not. Yet you refuse to see that your post was innapropriate because you are just immature and cannot accept being in the wrong.

I had not even posted in that thread for a long time, so what did you do? You came to one of my threads and tried a horribly failed attempt to call my post innapropriate. Why? Because you couldn't let the argument die, it was eating away at you that I legitimately pointed out that your thread did not belong here.

If that was a real site, then yes you would be promoting it since you are posting it on a PUBLIC FORUM. The death video you posted had, in big letters, a URL to a site which contains more filmed deaths. And by posting it on a public forum, you were promoting that website to possibly 13 - 17 yr-olds that are allowed to view/post on these forums. You were promoting it whether you meant to, or not, but I know you cannot seem to grasp that concept since this is about the 4th time I've explained it.

It does not matter what your intentions were by posting the video, the facts remain that:

1) It was inappropriate on these forums.
2) You insulted the victim

I told the story of a poor girl who I would make sure would not be embarassed, I released no details and kept everything important confidential. I made a fool of noone, I stated facts and only facts, not facts & insults.

BUT, with that out of the way, since you wanna talk about embarassment. You posted a VIDEO, not a vaguely typed-out description, but a color VIDEO of a person's life ending. Do you not think that any of the girl's family is sickened that her video is being paraded across the net by sick people like you? Unlike the girl in my avatar, the girl in your video was never given a chance to sign a consent form, never able to go on the "E! Channel" to talk about the incident and be able to look back on it and laugh.

Like I already said, it does not matter who sumbitted it to the internet first, if you truly think the guy who started it was an asshole, then you would not be so heavily defending what you did.
