This really pisses me off. As soon as gil sellers get to a NM, everyone just leaves. FUCKING CC THEM FOR ONCE. You might just get the damn claim. No wonder they can just go around and all you fucking dumb asses just buy that gil when you coulda spent an hour countering them and actually gotten that shit. Like at gigas NMs, jesus people, don't let the Fly's and their gay shit gil selling LS get away with it. Ignore this, take my advice, whatever. I bet you all just buy their fucking gil anyways. And don't say it's too hard to outclaim, yeah they have bots, but me and my hnm shell have outclaimed them before. It's not impossible. Get off your gil buying asses and fucking do something about it. Hmmm and then people wonder why Quetz is so far behind other servers, fucking sickening. Pardon for using the fuck word so much, i'm just so god damn pissed.

One of my link mates in game CC a gil seller at Gnadgad. The person he was camping against had 10 Jujitsu Gis in his bazarr. Diabllos got the claim and the Drop ON HIS FIRST TRY. Everyone should send him a congradulatory /tell.

See, we need more of that. If you CC then you have some what of a right to bitch about prices, but still not really. Enkelados camp Do you need it? I'll be here all night cc'ing the Fly fags. And I hate to judge an entire ls population by a few members, but if you're gonna have gil sellers in it (VoodooLounge), burn in fucking gil seller hell with them.

I love CCing RMT, mostly because they suck at claiming...

thats preety true but the thing is most RMT are all in the same room IRL and can camp mutilpul NMs at the same time and no one else can CC them if they are all over the place
 
Unless they're botting they dont kick much ass at claiming really. I beat Flyzero to enke with a stun claim (I wasn't even /rdm for fast cast either.)

Although, sometimes the gilsellers are kinda helpful. Flyzero killed off my links while I nuked down enke. That was a kinda nice thing to do :P

But yeah, gilsellers aren't exactly a force to be reckoned with, counter camping them isnt too hard, you just gotta get off your ass and put some effort into it :P
 
The only time gilsellers seem to be good at camping is when the NM pops near them and everyone else is out of range of it. I mean generally thats the reason I lose the claim(granted this is talking abut normal NMs not HNMs and the such)...
 
where they lack in skill, they make up with numbers.. and thats why alot of people are intimidated by them.. they hunt in packs.. whereas most of us normal players camp NMs solo.
 
Seriously people, I'm a white mage and I can outclaim them 90% of the time.. be it NM or HNM. It's not rare to see me flash Serket or Simmy them /em laughs at Gssyt RMT ass.

I was camping simurgh once and went to get a coke from downstairs. down the stairs, across the hall, through the den, into the fridge and back. came back, simmy was unclaimed in front of me. picked up my keyboard, tab, tab, flash, mine. RMT were right there and never moved once since I did all of that.. fast... suuuuure
 
I stumbled on Hoo when neck farming, and beat GS to him, ended up 1/1
 
Don't see why people leave, its not like they hack, or if they do they are terribale at it. The people I know who make a point of CC em more or less whipe the floor with them in claims.

Cmdrfly and I have CC Enkoladas against that "other" lot of Flys quite a few times. We don't always beat them to the pop but we don't do too badly either.

Still no drop though. :(

Yep... they sure are fast to voke the placeholder, but when the NM pops they stand around picking their asses for about 2½ seconds. By the time I see their head move to target, the name is already red or claimed by someone else in the room.

I don't think I have ever been to any NM/HNM camp where as soon as gil sellers showed up people immediately left, so I'm not really sure what you mean about this. I'm assuming you're talking about people just not CCing against the gil sellers at some camps, rather than leaving when the gil sellers show up, but let me know if I got it wrong. Anyways, people do counter-camp them, but not everyone can be on all day everyday like the gil sellers whose job is to play the game, so people can't counter-camp every day.

Also, a lot of the bigger HNM shells have moved past the small money hnm's and mainly camp the kings or do other endgame things. You'd be hard pressed to push a linkshell to pass on Fafnir or a Jailer for Serket.
 
I beat Joooooo to a claim on Mee Deggi with Stun as my Blm. Without flee, I was forced to just pick a corner and stick with it, instead of fleeing around the pillar-top like everyone else. Joooooo (or one of the others in the team) would always sit on top of me, but I showed them. I didn't get the drop, and it was a one in a million occurance, but at least I'm not one of the bad guys in this rant. I used to think Mee Deggi was my fast ticket to big gil, but it never really panned out.
