Over the weekend I went to help my linkshell friend kill the windy dragon as blm. She had two more of her friends who were rank 2 come with us. No problem.
Chaosassasin starts up by asking me to hurry up because right after the battle he had to go. He mentions this quite a few times. I ask him to relax, I just got off the ship and I have to change my job to BLM and I'll be right there. Now there are three linkshell members and two random people (this guy is not in my linkshell BTW) so we are joking around and popping jokes on each other and everyone is having a good time.
Once we get our birds (and I can't stress to you enough how many more times I heard "hurry up" from Chaosassasin by now, and I was getting a little fed up) I notice that I had all the rank 2's autofollowing me. Thats fine. We zone into west and get to the zone for Giddeus. Suddenly I hear another "hurry up guys I gotta go soon" .. but where is Chaosasssasin? Still at the East/West zone, he had not payed attention after we zoned. I let him know, hey man, we're watiting on you.. and he promptly tells me to shut up.

Once he gets to us, we run in, and I start to explain to everyone who had not killed the dragon before how the battle works, sleep drg, fight eye, etc. Our pt set up was BLM, PLD, WAR, MNK, WHM. Eventually we go in. (Intermittant hurry ups are we there yets etc)
I sleep DRG, we start to fight eye. Eye goes down pretty quick. We turn around, start fighting DRG, and I notice the WAR (Chaosassasin) voking like HELL off the PLD, his HP going down and down and down, (WTF dont voke it off the pally esp when you're 3 levels lower than he is) and then the MNK uses azuran fists and of course gets hate and dies.. but all in all we kill the dragon, etc.
After we leave the area, I HAD to turn to Chaos and ask him why the HELL he was voking off the PLD the whole time, he tells me to shut up, the namecalling starts, now I thought the fact that the MNK died was kind of funny (and she is a member of our linkshell, she knew she had screwed up, she was laughing about it too) so being as amuzing as this whole encounter was the three of us in the linkshell start talking trash and I throw out a your mom joke directed to the WHM. Chaosassasin sends me a /tell not to crack your mom jokes on the WHM so I came back and cracked one on him. Then he threatens to call a GM on me.

Ok. I admit it. The PLD (linkshell member) and I were going nuts on these guys about how funny it was that the WAR was vokin off of him and we definately were cracking on one another. But with the smiely faces and laughter we threw in I don't know how anyone in their right mind could take it seriously. However, there was no foul language, and nothing that was obscene.
So once Chaosassasin calls a GM on me, I ask him, for cracking a your mom joke? And I ask him, wait, I thought you had to leave after the fight (about 10 minutes has passed since the fight ended, we were waiting for WHM to be un-cursed so she could raise the MNK) and he tells me to shut the fuck up and mind my own fucking business and curses at me repeatedly.
Thats the best part, IMHO, call a GM on ME for crackign a your mom joke after YOU messed up and i helped YOU get rank 3 after you were a dick about it the whole time and THEN proceeding to curse me out.
I later found out that this kid is only about 13 years old, had his first account banned from the game (Chaosknight) was in our old linkshell before arcane, and was blacklisted by about every one of my linkshell members. I chuckled and went back to sleep.
SO the bottom line is, yeah, I know I can be a dick sometimes, but Chaos, how fuckin dare you bitch at us the whole time to hurry the f up and then have the gall to incite shit the way you did.. Some of you need to GROW up. Udu is another young kid with issues that really get in the way of the game. If you want to chat IRC style log the fuck out of ffxi and go masturbate in the porn channels.
