Congrats Tymon!!! Just keep it casual dude, and you'll be fine. If you play one day for 8-10 hours don't feel guilty and think you're gettin' sucked in again. Just don't even log on the following day. You'll start to get into a routine of game days and rl days and you will persevere. I have total faith in you^^.

just be a jack ass and log on spot after 2 hrs, or let people know you will be logging on spot whether or not you're in the middle of somthing(I'm not talking like mid BC)
