Movie Cher possibly the new Catwoman!

I'd rather have Angelina Jolie personally...


Anyways at this point I'm just gonna take rumors for what they are. I'll pay attention when they officially pick someone.
 
Her diva powers are strong, but can they stand against the Batman? I think they might.

This is how I am. Until it's official I'm not going to buy into the rumors. I think Cher was interested in the role back when Burton did Batman Returns but she didn't get it then. We'll just have to wait and see. :)

I believe this would be correct. Back when Burton did the movie she was still pretty svelte and not 90% plastic. Also quite a bit more limber and with a career. Now? Not so much.

I suppose she could pull off Catwoman; I mean her only qualification is that she does have experience wearing tight leather....anyone recall the "If I Could Turn Back Time" music video?

I seriously dont think she has the acting power for that role tho. after the tour de force that was heath ledger as the joker, the standards have been upped majorly i think.

I'm all for sexy is ageless, but let's be honest here. Catwoman is not 62. Normally I'd trust Nolan's judgement considering his track record, but if he's really feeling her in the role, I think he's barking up the wrong tree. Maybe even at Moonstruck age she could've pulled it off. But now? Uh-uh.
 
According to that article, he's not going typical catwoman. He's going gritty, possibly even creepy. I don't think he plans on having batman and catwoman having any relations.
 
This is a completely fake article designed with promoting the movie and keep it in the mind of others. My reasoning? The movie is Catwoman, not Cougarwoman.

Creepy would be a bit sad considering Catwoman's character in the comic. Frankly, I'd be shocked to see that much of a departure from character, considering how closely he's stayed true to the comic origins up to this point. Them having the relations isn't the issue for me. The fact that she's way too old to stay true to the role is. I think it would be extremely lame.

I think it could actually work if they are going for a more Vamp like catowoman, rather than a sexy seductress.

Me? I'm tired of seeing Angelina Jolie nude. . . I don't think i've seen a movie where she isnt Naked, having sex with everyone or just being a tramp.

Shes a great actress and I'd love to see her pull off a more hard-type role or really sensitive type role. I mean, even as a woman I think angelina is super hot but shes boring because it's like shes playing the same character over and over and over again.

I think a Non-sexy catwoman would be interesting. Maybe more hardcore and evil rather than sexy and seductive.

I'm for it!
