Chinese Online Gaming

Online game companies based in China have been given three months to install the so-called anti-addiction software.

It is part of an on-going attempt to limit how long people are online.

I read an article a year or so ago stating that certain (big name) video games are sometimes released in China a few days late so that they don't get to the stores until the weekend instead of on Tuesdays....so a massive amount of people don't call into work in the middle of the week. Apparently it was a problem in the past. lol
