Chinis's Account Got Hacked

Virus scan brought up nothing, so I really think it was when I put in my pol id and password into that stupid shadowlord statue give away. And I don't know who Kile is, but he didn't buy my osode, friend of mine did, was trying to save everything he could. Fubio did have access to the account but he was at work at the time. I didn't think it would be a virus anyway, since I have 2 other accounts saved to this pc on pol and they're both fine. I blame that shitty statue, I swear I better win that damn thing.

lol any contest that ask for my POL ID and psd i would avoid , why the hell would they need that? thats like me syaing to poeple on the street i got a brand new car for drawing jsut leave me your full name SSN and driver's license number and i'll make sure your entered.. is that contest ran by alla or SE? msut be alla since SE shoudnt need that.

It doesn't ask for that but He used the same user name and pword when registering as he does on his Chinis Character which is still dumb but not as dumb as your implying.
 
Sorry this happened to you chinis~ When everyone in whitegate was yelling not to buy anything the guy took your character to Jeuno. Let meknow if you need help getting stuff back via camping mobs or farming. I'll help~

This. I didn't even register at first, I just thought it needed your POL id and password, which is a pretty stupid thing to think in the first place. Didn't really think think that one through...
 
Sorry to hera that Chinis, If you want I can PM you my Reg code to AVG so you can upgrade to the full version and see if it comes up with anything. Also the AVG firewall rocks.
 
Got my account back on Tuesday. Had a lot of gil on me so I was able to buy most of it all back without having to get a rollback. Remember kids, never put your POL ID and password outside of POL viewer!

On the original site it says the give away is from Square-Enix and it asks for a Square-Enix membership ID and password. If you see a POL ID and password request it must be a hoax.
 
funny enough, that's what I'm playing atm while I work towards coming back
