Chocobo Endurance

Hi guys

I've been raising my chocobo as I assume many of you have. However, it seem AvianChariot has run into a bit of a wall as far as stat development goes. I got his strength to "Outstanding" and then started him on the care plans that bump endurance (excersise in a group & deliver packages) and continued feeding him vomp carrots. However, his endurance (or stamina?) has remained at "Average" for an extremely long time now. Has anyone else had trouble like this?

I got a message around day 75, one of those speical ones like the one that said the bird was in his prime (around day 50). Well this one said something like he's magestic and has an air about him. Think there may be a link there? If his stats are at a dead end I see no reason to continue the raising process other than boosting affection before retirement.

Check your affection level. It influences how well plans work to raise stats.

Bleh, that'll be the reason then. It's not very high at the moment, I need to load it up on my xbox, and I just don't feel like taking the time these days so really I check in on it every day or two, plus had to scold it a few times for acting up. Guess I'll get some of those sherug greens or something. Thanks for the info skaw.
