Chocobo Mating - Questions

My chocobo is old and I don't really have him in a care program anymore to raise his endurance. His strength is at level 8 and his endurance is level 5. The thing is that I want to eventually mate him and raise a new one and make it slightly better than my current one. Work more on having him learn abilities as well as having good strength and endurance. So if I retire my current chocobo, will I be able to mate him later with a chococard?

And either way, anyone want to mate a chocobo? Mine's yellow with full strength, and half endurance. Looking for one with good strength and endurance as well, and a different color for the chance of having a new chocobo with a different color.

Edit: The original part was that I just moved to Sandy. My Chocobo was originally in Windurst and now that it's harder for me to get there (ie: Warp Taru only to Jeuno or Sandy now), it'll be easier to mate one in my home nation. I changed the op because I can't stand it when I make posts that don't make sense.

As long as you retain the VCS Registration Card they give you upon retirement, you can breed your bird as often as you'd like.

I can hook you up with a breeding card. Just find me in the afternoon (anywhere between 2:30-8.m. EST). I have a blue female with first-class Strength and Endurance.

Better raise his endurance or the female chocos will laugh at the 5 sec {Hot Shot}. srsly, Ive experienced it first hand.
