That line alone was almost as disapointing as the entire movie Dragon Wars. Get the unrated version, with all the bloody violence and swearing in tact.

I have no idea what Christmas Vacation is, but there is no holiday movie better than A Christmas Story.
 
Yes, the unrated version has Bruce saying Motherfucker. I refused to see it in theatres because I heard it was PG13 and knew Bruce would have an unrated version for DVD lol
 
im voting for Christmas vacation only because i really dislike a Christmas story...

anyways kiss saves santa is the best.

wait, they edited out "motherfucker" for the theaters? i saw the advance version, when the title was still "Die Hard v4.0", and he still said the line in full. LOL hollywood.
 
Yeah, in the theatre version, the word "fucker" out of motherfucker was basically bleeped out by a gunshot. It was rated PG13, so they are only allowed to say Fuck like once in the whole movie, and they used it up at an earlier point in the movie. On the DVD, they had the unrated version, which I watched first normally, then I watched it with the commentary.

Basically in the commentary, they said they shot two different movies. First, they shot it how they wanted, then some guy who knew the ins and outs of ratings was like "We need to remove some bullet holes, reduce squibs (fake blood packets that explode to signify a bullet hitting a person) and show less gunfire and explosions. So yeah, they basically shot 2 movies, PG13 and Unrated.
 
Christmas Vacation is hilarious, and one of only two christmas movies that can put some christmas spirit in me.

The second being Jingle All the Way, because Arnold and Sinbad are awesome.
