Chrono Trigger DS

How could anyone ever want to sell their DS? It has one of the best, most unique libraries of any system or handheld ever.

Aly was just temporarily on crack and needed money for the fix. That's the only explanation I could think of.

Talk about getting lucky you didn't sell it; this is a "can't miss" game in my opinion.

Oh my god.....I swear, every night before bed, I pray for a rerelease of my favorite game of all time........looks like God truly does exist.....

Life will be complete.

Or I had spent all my money on bills and didn't have any for MGS4 and was in need of a quick fix! >_>

<_<

Or crack. Whichever you prefer.

lol. I prefer the crack story ^^

Hope they make a Ogre Battle DS in the near future >>
Then my prayers will be answered XD

I just read that all this game is going to have is an extra dungeon and some kind of Wireless Play mode, not sure what the wireless play mode means though.

I love Chrono Trigger, but I'm kind of sad about basically it just being another port. They didn't really even add hardly anything to it. I mean, oooh one extra dungeon. Yeah.. they spent a lot of time on this classic. *sigh*

With all the FF remakes that are going around you think they could spread some love to Chrono Trigger, that's a game better than half of the FF series.

So is it just me or did it ever really really really bug anybody else that the clock noise never matched up with Earth seconds?

I dunno just hearing it and seeing it not much up with the counter bugs the living hell out of me -.-

It matches up with the original pacing of the clock from the SNES version.

Yeah that was ok at least, but it still wasn't seconds. Seeing it now on an actual clock is what's eating me >.<''

On a side note, kinda cool to see people still paying upwards of $100 for the SNES copy, maybe I'll finally sell mine to some lucky sucker.

Yeah, I see what you mean. It is a bit odd.

o.o *rubs his SNES copy, which he still has the box and instruction manual to go with it* Mmmm goodness. I don't think I could every force myself to sell it.. but a hundred bucks isnt too shabby. Perhaps if the price were ever to rise higher then maybe, just maybe I'd be tempted. Though personally, if I had a SNES controller, I'd probably pop in Chrono Trigger just to refresh myself on all the crap I had on my characters. XD

Yes.. I still have my old SNES.. though, it's taken a yellowish hue during the ages. Poor thing.

Countdown is over:
http://www.chronotrigger.jp/

Trailer shown, even though it's the same graphics, still makes me giddy in anticipation.

Edit: Mind you there's shitload of people trying to access the site atm, lot of lag and freezing.

I got through fine. Kinda disappointed it looks completely the same. But meh I'll take it.

Dissapointing, but not really any different than what I already had read about it.

I have the Original and the PS1 port. I don't need yet another port of the same game. *sigh*

Chrono Trigger is my favorite rpg, but this just isn't worth buying at all.

If you have never played Chrono Trigger before, then by all means, get this and play it. But otherwise, there's no point in spending another $30-40 for this game.
