i've done this w/ 6 (1 of them need to be thf)
1. before going up to the 3rd floor, buff up, use mp/hp med if you got them, and assign 4 doors to each puller (and chariot if u doing the boss)
2. once u port up to the 4th floor, run immediately to the room w/ doors
3. thf flee, perfect dodge, and aggro all the gears/doors/chariot
4. everyone (minus the thf) pulls his own door/chariot to the starting room
5. thf die somewhere safe and reraise
6. kill chariot first if you got it (melee use 2hr)
7. kill doors next
8. get the turtle after doors (thf should have recovered by then)
9. kill turtle and get Nemain's Crown
10. come back next time and repeat

if you are just starting, i don't recommend doing the chariot. After people get used to the process, you can move on to pull the chariot.

It saves time to pull the chariot together with the doors, and should only be done if you plan on doing the boss. So make sure you actually have time to do it.

While it is fully possible to do all NM's and boss, it is not something all groups can pull off.
