Clock is REALLY busted

Just curious if I was alone in this, for me I am EST, GMT-5. Well I have to use GMT-3(Newfoundland) to get the proper hour and it's also 12 minutes behind on top of that!
Was just curious what was up with it.. maybe it's just me?
