Clothcrafting and Baron's Slops

Hi. I am after a pair of Baron's Slops. I would sell my soul for a pair It takes ages to fill my mp pool back up, so anything that can add to my mph is heaven.

Unfortunately, these things are currently sitting at the 400-500k mark at the AH >< Even though the main ingredient (Red Moko Grass) is harvested (uncommon but not rare in Giddeus) and the synth is only HQ lvl 24.

This being the case, I am going to try and harvest my own grass (8 pieces needed) and get my own pair synthed. Could someone tell me what lvl clothcrafter I should try and get to be almost guaranteed a HQ?

I read on Alla that they take some Leather. I thought I saw leather in the recipe, so I'd think that would be correct... but I don't really know.

EDIT: Just looked at the recipe... my guess is these will cap at around 20 Leather, just as Seer's Gear does.

Vang is 90ish clothcraft, I am lvl 80 myself.
