Before I start:
I'm not perfect and don't proclaim myself to be that way.
I have some screen shots that are relevant to this topic but will post them when someone asks. They are shots of the person in question in the gear and some of the annoying things said in chat log. But they probably arent necessary.
Meh this might be a trivial flame but I'm pissed and ppl that know me, it takes alot to get me mad.
So tonight after farming for a while I decide to EXP my PLD. I get an invite from Cloudstrifex (WAR/THF) after about seeking for 2 minutes. So I head to Kazham. He said he had to get some more ppl and that was cool. So while we wait he suggests we kill some mandies to keep from being bored. So we do that. Then he suggests getting a Goblin Smithy. I was skeptical about tanking it with only 4 ppl in the party (including myself), but I say: What hell lets kill one.
Big mistake. But oh well. We start killing the Goblin and it's not really going down fast enough and the mages and myself are running out of MP, so I hit Invincible to give the mages some time to recover whatever then could. So after Invincible goes down I heal myself as much as I can and so do the mages. After I die, Cloudstrifex doesn't voke off the THF and he dies, then when he does voke it he zones it which saves the mages thankfully. So after that we get raised. Some of my LS buddies come and raised us and watched over us for a little bit. After we waited for weakness we sat for about 20 minutes waiting for everyone to come back from AFK to do whatever we had to do and Cloudstrifex goes AFK comes back occasionally to find more ppl but rarely spoke. I was ready to leave at one point cause we were sitting there doing nothing and he wasn't saying about what he was doing, but he managed to get 3 more ppl (the RDM left cause of the down time) and we head to the Yhoator Jungle.
Once in this jungle we start killing. Everything was going fine. The setup was nice: PLD(me), WAR, DRK, WHM, SMN, and BRD (yay).
Only issue I had was that Cloudstrifex kept spaming Provoke when it was clear that I had hate under control. I sent him a tell saying that he didnt have to spam provoke and that I had it under control and he only really had to voke if I lost hate and couldn't voke and it the mob ran off away from the melee. He said he wouldn't spam it anymore. Ok good he's working with me. A few more fights later he keeps on doing it. At that point I just stop caring and just let him feel the consequences but at the same time I didnt wanna let him die either so i would provoke and cure him to get hate back.
During one fight POL decided to crash on me and my PC rebooted itself. I come back about 5 minutes later and replaced me with a MNK. I sent him tells (I wish I saved the brief convo) saying I was coming right back but have fun. He says: I thought you were leaving.
I just said fuck it and logged.
So yeah if you see this guy. Run away. I know ppl are new at one point but this guy takes the cake.
