Colbwa may have quit last night.

People don't change as much as you want them to. I can't stand him, he bashed on my gf Heavenleigh in shouts in jeuno after she turned him down cause he was hitting on her. I guess he saw her pic on ffxiplayers and thought he had a shot. Plus he has asked for supplies from a friend when she was going to his pt and she traded it to him and he never paid her, I think it was about 30k total. Why she accepted the trade without payment is beyond me. Then the kicker is when you confront him about it he acts like it never happened. So...yeah I can and will call him a pyschotic immature asshat and no matter what he does will change my opinion of him. I will bash him anytiime I see him.

I don't know him well enough to say what he is or isn't. And i have read about him in the past, and i have read his recient post in the flameboard about being sorry for what he has done. I always had a firm belief that a majority of people, direct their very beliefs at what is said about individuals. Majority does rule, yet so many more of us has yet to exsperience this mans presence, Life has many chances for us all. On a personal note i find him entertaining to the degree where as he can easily replace bordom with some sort of dark adreanaline, which in truth beats out any dull moment.

I never had a reason to cast stones at Colbwa, so i never participated in any of his or other people's threads about his famous profession for knocking the surrounding community. Reason why i'm speaking now is because i spoke to him today, and i for one think forgiveness is fucking powerful. Induring all this noise that has been going on about him for some time, it stands out to me how there are people who accepted him and also mentioned how he is a nice guy when you get to know him.

Today i seen him in Sky with his flag up. Because of what he wrote prior to the scene, i found it to be rather disturbing to see him in that area like so, as we were finishing up from our Sky activities. Shortly after we Warped back, he sent me a tell, asking me a simple question that had to do with why we left the Sky. Even though i had no problem explaning to him why we left, he said "sorry if i am being nosy" before i even began to respond.

In truth i pitty the foo, and he asked me about my SkyLS and if there was room for him. I then brought it to the LS's attention, there were a few who did not want him. One person in particular had Colwba blisted and he took Colbwa off his blist after i had mentioned to him that Colwba requested to speak with him. In the end the LS member was like "Dude this guy is not the same person he was". And this is the kind of shit i like to see.

Worst enemy/best friend moment where there is a kind of confusion where either side will not allow other opinions distort the moment of peace between the two. Not the father of all happy days, but still many.

Forgiveness is a power we all possess, and only the strong and brave can weild it. A bad person standing before those he/she has hurt requesting forgiveness is a beautiful thing.

He did not get into the LS, mainly because the leaders think 60's is too low and the LS isn't taking anymore people.
At this point it's not about Colwba, it's time to get to know ourselves a little more, as ridiculous as it sounds, believe it. You'd be surprised what you can unlock when you take chances. I don't know if he would turn bitter again to be honest, and if he does who's gonna get hurt ?
 
Anttaru : I've never met you in game, probably never will, and know nothing about you, but you have all my respect right now.

That was the type of post I'd like to see more of on here sometimes, how I wish more people would act in game. Some people do change, for their own reasons, sometimes you gotta give them the benefit of the doubt and see if it's a real change or a cover up.

I've talked to Colbwa myself and he does seem sincere. If he is sincere about it I hope someone gives him a chance.
 
I dont talk to him anymore because he is BListed, but Im thinking f taking it off. I wont let him join my LS (its not a hNMLS thoguh) mainly because most of my LS realy hate him ; ;
 
Yeah, I dropped Colbwa's name to a couple of friends. They said by the time he hit 70 if he kept his act up they wouldn't mind having him in their LS.

Chpal, let him in, I'd take responsibility for anyones disliking of him.

This is the same guy who said "Free gil anyone?" then when people said "Yes" (of course they would, duh Colbwa! You're not smart for making them say yes to free gil! Come on!) he laughed his ass off...
The apology he posted on the flameboard is probably the exact same thing, the moment he gets an LS and gets his items, hes just gonna revert to the same jerk he once was, cept with good items.
Come on people, if you know history it can't repeat itself, don't let it happen!

People like that like to get attention, and they do many things to gain a negative reputation to say. While he has personally done nothing to me and I have no beef at all against him it is just what I have seen based on observation. He definitely got what he wanted though, everyone knew of him and he did a good job of making sure of that.

Just looking at all the post he has made on this server and shout's in jeuno it was like a fisherman with the perfect bait and everyone was biting. Probably in person hes not too bad but in game he wanted to do something that might even have been lacking in RL. At any rate anyone who's angry at him and his actions on this forum only have themselves to blame for feeding the fire so to speak. I personally chose to stay out of it and view it as some entertainment to watch those try to act against something that was there just to antagonise. Like the effects of gasoline... on fire. ^_~

Either way it could have been one big act (entertaining at times to those not directly involoved, and for those who were I apologies) or he could just be an ass.

I dont have anything against him because I dont like to let people have that sort of satisfaction. It was enjoying to watch and I think you left some people to fill in your shoes colbwa (wont mention any names so the not-so-observant will just have to hang). Goodbye. (If it truly is)

Get's notorious fame through being one of the most unbelievably retarded offensive people who lie on the boards, which are known to be read by quite a few players nowadays, and then plays "Oh, poor me" in game. I'm sorry, you're an ass in one place, you're an ass overall. You deserve the rep you earn.

Oh, I put on white hooded robes and kick bums in real life but since I'm such a ncie guy here, that's who I truly am. I believe in the lowest common denominator.

And this is just what I observe through Colbwa's action through the boards and in game through his stupid shouts. Maybe he's changed, but the whole "Look at me everyone, I'm quitting... poor me because everyone hates me (but I won't tell you losers who don't know me why everyone hates me so you feel sorry for me) and then I'll come back because my self esteem is up since you said don't quit." is sad.

It's sad for the friends that actually want him to stay, and to a lot of people, especially QCDN people, it's like dangling that carrot in front of the horse and never letting them eat it. I could care less since he doesn't really affect me in game, minus his shouting.
