After a 2 month break, I was really bored this morning at 5am... and anyways, wound up reactivating my content ID. I tried to get in touch w/ SE's awesome Service Personnel to use the 1 time character retrieval thing, but after being on hold for 30 minutes it was time for me to go to work.

Anyways, I created a mule so maybe I could 'F' around on the server tonight before trying the 800 number again tomorrow when they open tomorrow. If anyone could drop me a WP number to get me up and running around on Quetzy again. Thanks in advance if anyone can hook me up (Email: [email protected] or just send over a Private Message.)

The # I found using Google is 1-800-790-7529. Since I never actually got through to a live person though I can't tell you what you'll need to know (I'm assuming POL ID, password, character name, maybe credit card info?)

Only Open from 10am-6pm PST tho. Hope that helps. (It better work, I want my 75's and Ohat/Chef Hat back at least, lol) ^^

Only once, the other time I was on hiatus was cause the phone company seemed to want $$$ and I didn't send it to them :P lol

Did you "delete" your account or just de-activate the content ID? Cus if you just de-activated the content ID you dont need to call up the 800 number...

also...if you did delete the accnt or characters, if they bring them back, theyll most likely be naked..so look forward to that.

a while back my accnt was hacked and then all my char were deleted, when I had them retrieved they were all naked, not because of the guy who stole my stuff either I dont think..I mean things that had no value were gone.
