hello everyone. i quit ffxi so long ago i couldn't remember my login to qcdn. so i've ordered a new dvd player/burner and a copy of the vanadiel collection and plan to start playing ffxi again.
since i quit ffxi, i've played WoW and completed every piece of endgame content it had to offer, durring my entire WoW carrerr i felt the game was lacking but i stayed because my real life fiends were playing it. so i gave the account to a friend that had gotten banned early on into the game and reordered FFXI
Quetzalcoatl had an awesome community when i left and is the reason i've returned to these boards. is the community still good? i'll be starting my carrerr as a blm/rdm all over again and was hoping Quetz's population was decent enough to be able to find groups.
i can't remember the name of my old linkshell but i think the leader's name was something along the lines of Moraine, he was a mithra ninja and the most badass guy there was, everyone in the linkshell was awesome and very helpfull
anyway. if you have any info or advice to give, thats what im after. i'd like to know if Quetz is still a good home or if there might be a better server (doubt it)... anyway im still waiting on the DVD to come in so i can install it. hopefully you'll see me in game on the 16th
