Connection problem?

Ok this has happened before and is rather annoying. It usually turns back to normal in less than a day but not this time!

My problem is POL FF11 is being extremely slow and well im thinking i got a virus or spyware and shit since alot of stuff is starting to slow down. Im thinking about reformatting or somthing but i REALLY dont want to have to install FF11 again....

My FF11 problem is..... My R (top right of screen) keeps going to 0 and then normal and back over and over again. I restarted the router (i have cable) and didn't help also the other comps in the house are fine. So im going to scan my comp with norton again today see if that helps any.

POL is taking longer to connect and loading times are abnormaly long.

Anyone else haveing this problem?
 
mine was doin that alot last night, I'd begin to DC then stay ... over and over lol then this morning it stopped >_>
 
mine continued this morning though i just did a virus scan had a few spy ware nothing much im going to see if its any better now....
 
I had this type of problem for a while, I'll hit R0 think i'm d/c then pop right back into the swing of things.

I know having some programs open will cause this , I keep IM's closed, all programs that autoupdate like weather bug , Windows update , norton,
I can't say I ever really eliminated the problem but going through my 'turn everything off ritual' sure has cut it down a lot.. If you find an actual source of this, please post it ^^
 
I have this problem, but on PS2. before the big update, rarely had that problem, then the update came and I DCed ALOT more...maybe it's something to do with that?
