OK...so I know that you can purchase conquest items from other nations. i.e. I'm from Sandy but want a Magician Tactician's Coat which is a Windhurst Conquest item. My problem is...I can't remember how to do it..lol I went to Windhurst last night to pick it up and coulnd't. I tried talking to the W.W. guy by the gate...he told me I needed to talk to my own country's guards. I went to the San D'Oria Consulate and talked to the guy I get signet from. He only offered me the regular San D'Oria items. I am wondering if my nation has to be in 1st place for the items to be available to me. Does anyone know for sure?
 
You're nation has to be above the nation in conquest in order to get the items you want from that other country, at 2x the CPs.
 
Yeah certain items are only available if your nation is in first.
Rather than spend 2 times the CP, just want for Sandy to be in first again.

check "Reigon Info" there'll be an arrow connecting the allied nations...doens't happen often

The nation in 1st place has to be beating the other two nations by a certain percentage, i dont the exacte percentage though

Last time two countries were allied, it was windy and bastok and they had a total of 3 regions, their starter ones and windy had like sky or something. And that was back in like aufust or something, allied countries are sorta rare.

Signet never leave hom.. er.. uh.. well.. never leave home or jueno without it.. and uh.. if your at another nation.. go see your consulate, there's a guard there that can cast signet on you.

The leading nation has to control over 50% of the world, if I remember correctly.

Or you could carry a staff around with you. Gotta love those things.
 
2 nations become allied when the leading nation has over 50% of total regions. If you are not allied, you have to be ahead of them in the conquest. This means that you can never get the things a nation only carries when it is rank one without being part of the nation :(

CP is not double the ammount when you get it in another nation, but 4000 more (or maybe 8000 more... I can't remember ; ; either way, its not double).

in around august sandy and bastok were allied with one another against windy two times in a row!
Ive noticed on Quetz that Windurst has always been the dominant Nation , and bastok being the weakest.
Wonder why that is - do we have more mages in our midst?
