I am at 30 cooking, I have heard to make Meatballs until 33, but I do not have Gobbiebags and that Recipe uses Sandorian Flower which doesn't stack :x Anyone have any Suggestions / Comments they would like to share on this? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I strayed from it a tad, but pretty much that's what I've used. I also printed it out. It was much easier to look at when it was right in front of me and then I could write all my ingredients for each recipe by the name of it.
The following is what I use to find out what the ingredients of stuff are:

Also, you can click on an ingredient and see what NPC's sell it, what region it's in, yada yada. It also gives you the level at which something caps. So you can look at lvl 32-33 and see if there is a food in that range you can level.

i'm sorry that my answer won't help you much but i did the following:
1) did moogle and gobbie bag quests
2) dealt with it by doing the following (by the way goldsmithing is like
this when making brass ingots).
-----get a mule and have the mule help you sell (faster)
-----do moogle and/or gobbie bag quests
-----synth some.... stack the results.... get more stuff... synth more
stack the results repeat.
That last bit, I buy enough ingredients to fill my inventory minus 1.
every synth takes away one flour right? The meatballs stack so
you win there. Problem is sales. I got mediocre sales in port windy
either by the airship or by the "fishing spot" near the guild.
