We've all heard the horror stories of 2-5. But this isn't one of them. We had the origial 5 from 2-3 but were short a ninja. We picked up Siddarth and headed out. The 6 of us killed probably around 12 firedrakes and got our scales. Now for the fun part.
Party
1.Atali - WHM/BLM
2.Siddarth- NIN/WAR
3.Hewgo- PLD/WAR (Unusual I Know)
4.Emperor(can't remember last part)- RNG/NIN
5.Torque- RDM/NIN
6.Ravensmage- RDM/NIN
So we go in buff up. Sidd provokes the center one, one while I bind the right and raven the left. I run counter clockwise while he runs clockwise. Kiting is going well enough. But then the one I was fighting went BLM and dropped 2 -gas on me. Stoneskin and Utsusemi went down and he was pretty much atop of me. I hit chainspell, buffed up and bound him. Popped a few potions and was good to go. They had just about killed the first, when the other kiter died! It was me and the other 4 left. Both were on BLM and both -ga'd I died. But I quickly reraised, buffed, and popped 1 pot. I hit bind on my original guy. Resited! I then proceeded to kite him for 5 minutes with no gravity, and no bind. The party was laughin at me as I kited with 114 HP and was running in circles just trying to survive. They killed #2. Wow. Benediction for full HP against #3. They pulled #3 off of me, during the fight the ninja died but quickly reraised. The ranger was blowing the hell out of it with WS's and barrage and got it down to about 5%. Then here's something I don't understand. Whenever Hewgo hit it it got HP back. But after a bit we were getting pissed. I started to nuke we got it to 1% and hewgo was like DIE BITCH! Hit him with a shield bash for the win. Most fun I've had in a long time. Thanks to all my teammates.
