Enter the Marble Bridge Eatery to receive the reward again. Players who discard the reward after receiving it must wait 27 Earth days before they will be allowed to obtain another. Players can learn how many more days they must wait by visiting the Marble Bridge Eatery at least a day after they discard the reward.

For those who were wondering about this, not sure if anyone else tried it yet and posted it elsewhere, but anyways. I've been wanting a rajas now, so I was right outside Marble bridge as mnk, since it was mnk's day to go in, dropped my Tamas ring, entered the door, and got into a CS. The guy was talking about me dropping it, and it falling down the sewer, and right away he allowed me to make a new choice.

So today I managed to trade my tamas for a rajas :D But now if this is dropped, we'll have to wait 27 days for another choice :O

cool I was wondering about this, wasnt sure if I could trade it to him or drop it and get it right away. Im going to get a rajas ring for now.
 
I'm content with my Tamas for the moment, however, if you dropped it, you'd be able to go back and get the same ring you picked the first time, right?
 
Yeah, your "new choice" is no longer permanent either, but you only get one freebie where you don't have to wait 27 days.

This is what I was celebrating when I read this. We can abuse this little "gift" every month. ^^ If I'm playing mage TAMAS FTW, then if I decide to go melee for a month RAJAS FTW. This is like a rental. We can have all the rings for a time, this is great!
 
Actually, I got a lot of use out of my Tamas when I chose it and really needed it at the time, so it was a good choice for the last 5-6 months or so, as I always used it on blm and rdm, it was especially good on blm as I had a snow ring and tamas which is better than a snow ring.

Now that I'm lvlling blu to 75 next though, it's time for me to get a Rajas, that and I'm slowly transforming my rdm/nin to be a better melee to solo with. I may be taking brd to 75 after Blu, but I'll also be taking thf after brd too, so it'll be good for that too.

;; i've had cop done for quite some time, when i got the ring, i had rdm/smn/nin.. but i already had mage rings (evokers/dark/serket/etc) so i picked up rajas for nin and used it with mnk...

but yeah, i really probably should have gotten tamas and will probably switch it sometime soon.
 
I picked Tamas (BRD and WHM), and am leaning towards sticking with it even though I'm taking BLU up next and could thus make a case for Rajas. Because let's face it, I ain't TP'ing in Rajas (acc rings 4tw), and there are very few spells and WS for which it would be any better than just macroing in a STR ring. But it's nice to know I have the option of changing my mind.

Yes. Same thing for the AN earrings.
