The thief told me that he was being kicked off by his parents because it was his bed time. Being on for several hours afterward in a promy seems like a lie to me. There was no discussion of technical troubles with the modem. I didn't let him get his level because of giving us zero notice and time to replace, because we were behind door 3 fighting beetles, and it is difficult to get someone out there. So yeah, no basement, no modem issues, no bats to kill while waiting. The thief said there was no way he could stay another 1k or so to get myself and the whm our levels, but he could stay online for a promy? I call bs.
