Seems too good to be true. And if it is true, it's going to take a man with one hell of a good heart not to accept a huge check from the oil companies to buy the patent.
 
He probably got shot down by a mercenary sniper the day after that video was released on the news. Poor smart guy.

Seriously, I'm sure it's possible, wouldn't it just break down the water to Hydrogen and then use that as the source somehow?
 
That's some pretty cool invention. I'd like my car to run on water because then I wouldn't have to pay $45 to fill it up.
