Crafting Question

Hey all

Just got a question on Moghancement. Like I always have Lightings for desynthesis support, and I was wondering if making 1 Ele stronger would make other Ele weaker, like having Lighting support then craft with Water crystal.

Any, was just wondering, any suggestions/ideas are welcome
