A link to the post that led to the punishment of each person that gets ban shuold be given when the punishment is listed.
Another option but not one that could be implemented consistantly. If we ban someone for posting personal info then post it in the C&P thread...
Then replace the personal info with ******** instead of 101 Some St, Sometown, USA.
The reason I ask is because I have absolutely no idea why you banned romper. Flamebaiting is a rather general description and could mean any number of things.
It's not that I think his ban was unjust, I just want to know which straw broke the camels back.
I was banned because I lol'd at Dowzer posting a picture of the google add talking about needing math help because of Maths.
Ok it wasn't for the lol post.If it was just the 'lol' for that thread, I wouldn't have given a second thought to just a warning. You made a good argument, and I like to think I'm reasonable which is why I went ahead and lifted the ban instead of being a dick about it. You had a prior warning in the same thread - and then posted 'lol' in response to Dowzer.
Between 2 threads in the last 3 days in 'Good Times', 20+ posts have had to be deleted. People need to start using their brain cells and not let their fingers get away from them.

He's already been warned, and banned for flaimbaiting. The new rules make things pretty clear about flaimbaiting. But I guess you need a certain degree of ignorance to become a mod.
Don't even start unless you would like me to ban you.
Even if this is true, he clearly had a warning prior to his first suspension of a week... So shouldn't his offense given him a 30 day suspension? Even if it was resolved Romperstomper had a prior
Quoting from Cmdr's Penalties guidelines
Flamebaiting
Attempting to start an off-topic argument with the OP, or one of the other posters in the thread. Generally initiated amongst foes - allied flamebaiting may be acted on in the form of soft-deleted posts.
1. 1 warning (infraction)
2. 7-day tempban
3. 30-day tempban
4. permaban
The guidelines have the infractions seperated for each type of offense. While he had received a warning for flamebaiting, the following post was debatable, as I later realized after talking to Romper. I'm not out to burn witches or toadstools, I'm just trying to help keep the clutter to the correct forum. ALSO, the guidelines allow for mod's discretion. In which case, Romper pointed out a few things, and I thought they were good points.
Note that this is an outline and not a law. Mods may still use their discretion in varying the length of penalty should extreme cases call for additional attention. There will be discussion amongst the mods for any scenarios deemed inconclusively defined.
Don't like the rules? Get bent.
Bold might help.
And just for you Meeze:
Welcome to supermod! There is no need on a casual forum such as QCDN to piss in people's cheerios 24/7.
