I was in the model viewer and i made this.
the Sword on the back is a GM's sword, I thought it added a nice touch to the many pose to pose actions we can capture in the software.

I also figured i'd make comic's of my most memorable times i've had. I call it the Gold pearl. 2nd. and the other one i call Phalanx.

If anyone, like me, was wondering, those are JPEG files. Rename the "txt" extension to "jpg" and you'll be able to open them.

As for the actual pictures, I liked them. Good use of backgrounds, in the ones that do use them (the first picture was wholly unnecessary, and almost made me not download the other two).
Finding good backgrounds is something I find difficult, and you did that well. Good job.

Hello Camryn, the first one i put there to show off that GM great sword ^^

As for the other 2. The backgrounds are composed of real imagery.

If your familar with the software "Adobe Photoshop" i've simply used a smart blurr for the background, then cleaned up the first layer a little with the sponge tool for better highlights...also used the burn tool for darkening her rigth side a little. Lighting is key to bringing it out.

the 2nd image i used a Radial blurr for 2 of the layers at different numerc values. This is called "Depth of feild" and it can only be done by the usage of layers....I also made sure the back layer was brighter,bu adding alit of shading to the grass.

I can make a totorial about this if your interested.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm familiar with Photoshop. Others might be interested, though :)
My point was that you used backgrounds in a way I had not considered. I'm often stuck looking for backgrounds with enough "floor space" to fit people onto, which can be difficult. You avoided that problem efficiently. It's a good idea, and one I'll definitely consider in the future.

interesting

makes me wish my model viewer worked >_<
