I have heard of people tinting armors by hand, they went in and eddited the files. Not sure exactly how they did it but it is possibale, kinda like how I have Cornelia as my moogle.

never going to happen, diffrent colors would decrease the value of equipment, and because of the shitty PS2 why do you think everything looks the same in this game? Well maybe we need to have some equipment alittle cheaper, but I dont ubderstand how the color would make it cheaper. Ya maybe makin o kote pink might lower the price but sometimes some shit needs to be cheaper, the buyer has to deal with having to use pink gloves but there still kick ass gloves. But color would be changible so in the end the color of the gear wuoldnt really change much as far as price.
