CURRENT BOARD SLOWDOWN - 07/16/04

The friendly folks at my host have informed me that the current slowdown of QCDN is caused by a mild DDOS attack on the server QCDN is sitting on. This doesn't necessarily mean that QCDN is the target, as we share the server with a few other users.

The admins took steps to lock the attackers out and will continue to keep an eye on it.
