They just released it. Everyone go fill it out and complain about the account security issues (in regards to reclaiming hacked accounts, etc). With all the problems as of late the community should really voice their opinion with an opportunity like this..

i voiced my 2 cents, good way to kill time waiting for campaign battles

Done, i truly feel this won't change much tho.

I haven't played in months but I filled it out. I've been reading the threads and this whole situation is complete bullshit.

Take 20 minutes and fill it out. Sucks you only get 1000 characters to type in the freeform fields.

Also done, I really hope there is some improvement because I'm tired of seeing people so upset over losing what they've worked hard for.

I filled it out.

I wrote in my additional info thing about compromised accounts.

Done and done

Gonna do it once I get home from work. No time atm

As of now, which online game have you played the longest? Please select one of the following.

Halo

I lol'd.
I'll do it when I get home later. No time to do it now.

Think sending a hyperlink to a webste containing everything you had to say would get around the 1000 character limit?

The GM seemed sincere in his or her dedication to solving my problem/inquiry.

LOL!!!! I bet.

Sent comment on Accounts. And if a GM ever took 2 hours I would complain.
Been there, done that. Sent a GM call yesterday, don't know why I did, to check out a group of RMT spamming teleport scroll quests. I thought they had fixed that, but I saw a small group all /anon, wearing nothing but level 1 RSE and gibberish names with teleport quest titles. Took about two hours, long enough for me to forget their names and be long gone from my chat log. Also not the only time, I once had it take more than 4 hours. So long I actually thought the GM was talking to the wrong person.

1000 characters? I know that's a standard, but I couldn't even fit half of what I wanted in that little space. Also, I don't think many of the options for the questions were fitting enough to chose, wish they had small fill in responses I could make.

The "problems" with the GM service are all technical problems or they're asking you if you were too stupid to figure out how to send the call. It sucks because they've phrased the question and the answers so that if you only have a problem with the responses that you'd have to list "I encountered no problem."
