Ive heard a lot of things about yoshi this past week that he has either been mpking or stealing other peoples claims. "Stealing" apparantly is not against the rules as maseki found out the other day wen the gil sellers stole serket and then he ended up going 2 jail. GM's told him there is nothing wrong with stealing claims. Maseki can verify this. Although it is not againt the rules i wouldnt do this or recommend anyone else to, unless its against gil sellers :P

What you have heard are all from different people and we have no idea whether yoshi did steal, claim the mob first, or just make a honest mistake. Which ever it was yoshi has appologised for his actions and even offered to help camp another, or buy the item the guy wanted from the AH for him.

For the record, BoL and Special Forces are 2 seperate shells. So if u hold grudges against yoshi dont hold them against my HNM shell. SF have never mpk or stole anyones claim and yoshi isnt even a member of SF.

As for the mpk by maseki, i dont care about it anymore. Maseki made a mistake and i forgive him because i beleieve everyone deserves a second chance. I speak to maseki quite a bit now when camping HNM's and if we dont claim i would rather NH did than the gil sellers. Also if NH are getting mpk by gil sellers id happily take care of adds as i now beleieve maseki and NH would do the same for us.

If you dont like yoshi dont bash an entire shell for one members mistakes, if situations like this continue to arrise the person involved in the matters will be dealt with by myself and other shell mods and if they still continue will be kicked from the shell completly. I hate to see shells fighting esspecially shells that have such good friends of mine in them (Elemmire, Zeridolan etc) So dont hate an entire shell because of the actions of 1 or 2 members. :)

Because if i did not do that, they would have wiped. Also i would like to add, watchyourstep is a liar because a JP friend of mine, Kaui told me that watch had MPK'd them just last week, and that is the reason it was stolen from you, they remembered your LS name. Also, i was trying to get your items for you back because i am good friends with Serise as alot of you know. But you guys wouldnt shut up and let me talk to him so i dropped it. So basically theres my side of the story, i am sorry to those of you who were not Deniro who died.

No not V2 just you, He's not a child who has a shit fit every time a shred of reality falls in his lap. Nor is he the compleate shit tard you are, he seems to be able to deal with critisizem, and rather than tell bold lies about others and ones self, for personal gain, he just deals.

Just a little tidbit of info here.. We DID NOT MPK Kaui! WYS didn't know that the mobs on the blue spots agroed, and tried to zone the way he came in, which was blocked off, and he did not know this. We apologized many times, and if he didn't want to believe our apology, that's his problem. We agro'd, attempted to zone, died, they agro'd, died, called MPK when we were dead long before we even knew they were coming, and now this continues into this huge issue. WE ARE SORRY, WERE SORRY THEN, AND WE ARE STILL SORRY FOR KILLING KAUI AND HIS GROUP.
