Darth buys Velocious Belt from RMT

Well, that's either a speed belt going to waste on a gimpy RMT NIN who'll get banned inside the month, or a legit player who happened to be there, at the right place, at the right time.

I'm going to start a flame on all the clothcrafters who buy D cloths from RMT'd Suzaku's and KA's.

How do you know he's legit? We didn't know you hacked till you told us.
 
I wasn't saying he was legit per sé, I was saying an 'average' player (whoever, it's a hypothetical) could go up and buy one, and put it to better use than the RMT's would.

Well, a well hasted RMT can farm gil/items faster for other idiots who buy from them.

True, however that'd mean they'd probably have to reconfigure whatever tanking bots they've made. That or teach the grease monkey who plays all 18 characters what the haste does.

had some one actually came along and said darth sells gil (w evidence) i would back action to get him banned, but this is just a player with the resources and influence to bypass some of the obstructions ingame made by rmt. but hell thats just a position of power we would all like to achieve ingame. you want to blame some one how about naming the members of that shell that were selling it?

KS99 drops speed actually, poppable with an orb. All you have to do is not buy the item, RMT will stop camping it, and legit players go about their business. But of course, coming from a WeekendWarrior it all makes sense. I remember you idiots teaming up with RMT cause you sucked too much to take down Charby.

my shell needs updating, i can't speak for kirata or narf but i'v not gone after charby at any point when i "was" a member of weekend.
"sucked to much" its a bloody social shell lol, which rarely does hnm's/events of any kind.

do you really think rmt will stop camping an HNM which is highly desired and is easier to get then 99 ks? (and from the ksnm has something like a 4% drop rate taken from 14 runs recorded on wiki) don't be delusional.

If no one buys the belts from RMT, then yes, they will stop wasting 3 hours a day everyday on that NM. No market=no reason to camp, you can't be that fucking stupid.

As for the KS runs...14 is not a big pool to pull averages from. There are people in this thread who said they have a worse average than 4% on KA, people who have killed this thing over 50 times.

RMT already do KS runs, and with the amount of BLM they have, I doubt the Wyrm will be much of a challenge

They won't stop camping KA because noone buys belts. That's a rediculous idea.
There is still Damascene cloths, which up to 3 of can drop at a time. KA is actually one of the best money making NMs/time if you can actually claim it successfully.

Edit** Also, about it costing 20M, that's very unlikely. They offer to sell them for 5M tops. I know a JP who bought one for 3M, so 15M, not gonna happen.

When I asked, they quoted that they sold the last one (ie to darth) for 3.5mil.

The cloth is dropping, and has been dropping. People who used to be able to buy 10-20m gil with the swipe of a card are having a hard time. Shit that used to be 10-20 mil is like 2 mil now. V.cloaks are down to 1.4, and with their HQ being so shitty, as long as v.cloak continues to dip, the cloths will have to dip because a loss is no good on the NQ synth.

Ya, but either way it is a steady income for the sellers, they have the best claim/camp ratio. And as long as they hold that over everyones heads they will always have a nice income from KA. Hell, sellers still farm tree cuttings, and those sell low as hell now.

And as for your position on the price of NQs, please force that upon those people who sell Archer's Rings for me, I'd like cheap ones which I NQ for no loss!

except snipers+1 is actually worth something. royal cloak is crap, and sells for literally nothing over the NQ.

Orly? then why did mine sell for 20 mil yesterday? lol Also im pretty sure he paid 15 mil for it(althought i could be totally wrong). Because he offered to buy our ls belt we got from ks99 for 20 then said no he got one for 15.

Speed belt does sell for way more, and you got ripped off selling it for 20M. Sold ours for 30M. Might as well get a nice payoff. Besides we aren't even talking about a speed belt, we are talking about a velocious belt, which the RMT sell for 3-5M.

i remember i sold mine for 4.5x what i paid. 3.5mill purchase for 15M sale later on. mmmm. :D

3.5M for the belt is ok i guess, but i'd feel too dirty doing that.
