well if he had been smart enough to be in a nother spot of jugner forest where everyone couldnt see him and gottten the belt then conspired with freinds to claim KA and pretend to get the drop we might see a point here. However Darth probably never claimed a single KA after the accusations to even claim he got lucky and one dropped to my knowlege. If he had had one previously it wqould have been known by the people camping there.
Logically that would mean he had to have gotten it from that time the rmt killed KA.
No concrete stuff unless he confesses but it's way too many coincidences and improbable that KA popped at random outside his window.
