I blew up some guy's cluster last week. I felt horrible as I'm 100alc and that was my first break after like 20 successes.

Yet you found the time to get 2 jobs to 75. Getting one job@75 requires more time than any endgame event. Dynamis is 7H/week. You won't go fast if you only xp 7H/week, let alone campaign..

And getting sea has nothing to do with endgame, it's part of cop missions, missions are for casual players.
 
Last time I checked sea and limbus are required to get HQ af...

And isn't af+1 considered end game gear?

And the zilart earring, and cop ring, last time I checked like 80% of 75ers are still wearing these?

What exactly would you consider end game...? End.. game... gear... Gear worn at the end of the game?

I think if one was to ask the people of vana'diel whether or not Sea/Limbus was considered in the list of end game events...

Not defending nor rejecting anyone here but exp'ing a job can be done at leasure, an endgame event like dynamis has a set schedule. Set times are not always plausable for people such as shift workers or those with more "chaotic" lives. Getting a few jobs to 75 may require more time but endgame activities aren't necessarily more feasible.

no but gathering people together to get COP and ToAU completed can be done with similar leisure dont you agree? Even though it requires planning, I've seen people knock out COP in less than a week.
 
CoP is simple if you have people who know what they're doing.
Therefor, Hexx attempted to do CoP with people who didn't know what they were doing.

I do agree which is why I started off with "I'm not defending anyone"; namely, Hexx. I was making a statement regarding people who assume that those with multiple 75 jobs have the ability to obtain endgame gear for them just as easily/easier than leveling said jobs. This is not always the case.

It took me 4 years to get 75. I have yet to be able to complete ZM, CoP or ToAU because of strict scheduling. I do things at my leisure. I am getting ZM progressed through, and CoP soon, but finishing all three is probably a year off.

End-ish game things do require scheduling which is the problem. If i could get the best players I know to help at my request whenever i needed, I would be done, but unfortunatly everyone else has schedules that USUALLY do not meet with mine.

I don't really think you hit all that much of a nerve, dude. I found the hilarity in your ratedown as a result of "unnecessary sarcasm" to be a stretch, considering there wasn't an ounce of sarcasm in my post to begin with. Add to that fact that I actually agreed with you on certain points, and all it shows me is that all you read out of my entire spiel was "don't worry, nobody's asking you to."

It's a shame really, that I have to resort to questioning your reading comprehension skills. But, c'est la vie, I guess.

No one asked you to agree with me its really that simple. Trust me I am quite capable of reading your posts and understanding the usual bullshit that you throw my way, whether I choose to read it because of what you usually say is a completely different story. ^^
